During a recent visit to New York, I used Membership Rewards Points to book a reservation at The Towers of the Waldorf Astoria. I have stayed here in the past and the level of service has always been second to none, this visit was no exception. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating and they always go out of their way to make guests feel welcome.
The dining options in the hotel are excellent as well and the Bull and Bear Steakhouse is one of my favorite restaurants in the city. They are known for their steaks which are amazing and the swordfish is incredible as well. Visitors should also stop by Sir Harry’s in the main hotel for a drink, I highly recommend the Manhattan.
Overall, the level of service in this hotel is phenomenal and I cannot say thank you enough to the entire staff for making my experience such an enjoyable one. I have already booked a reservation to return using the Fine Hotels and Resorts program and look forward to another great experience.
